Scheduling appointments
If you would like to book an appointment please call 604-372-2750 or click here to book online. A Dr.’s referral is not required for a private physiotherapy, registered massage therapy, acupuncture or active rehab session, although some private health insurance providers require one for coverage and reimbursement. Payment is due after each treatment session unless we are able to direct bill your private health insurer.
What To Expect
Physiotherapy sessions are 30 minutes in length, one-on-one with your therapist for the entire visit. The first appointment will be an assessment of your injuries or condition, understanding your goals and beginning treatment. Following visits will be focused on measuring your progress and continuing appropriate treatment and education. Initial massage therapy visits are 45 minutes to 60 minutes long, in order to understand your concerns through a short assessment and treat appropriately. Consecutive visits can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes in length based on your preference and recommendations provided by your registered massage therapist. Active rehabilitation sessions are 45 minutes in length. During the first visit the kinesiologist will complete a full assessment and create a personalized active therapy program to suit your needs. Following visits will involve progressing your exercise program gradually with appropriate one-on-one supervision and education.
What To Wear
For physiotherapy sessions, if your concerns are related to your low back or lower extremities, please wear or bring a pair of shorts. If you are going to be having treatment in regards to your neck, shoulders, upper back and upper extremities, please wear or bring a tank top. If you are a runner coming in for a running assessment or in regards to a running injury, please bring your current running shoes.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid a late cancellation or missed appointment fee, please call the clinic to cancel or change your appointment with at least 24 hours notice.

There is lots of free parking in front of the clinic. Our clinic is also completely wheel chair accessible.
